I am lucky in this sense  that my mother  gave me good training and later on it become my passion to enter in to this sector .
I took many courses in Pakistan and later, in 1997 I  visited Tokyo ,where I also learn many type of Japanese cuisine. From my Japanese friend & later in Pakistan I bland it with our local food .So now I act as a food developer. And My all recipes are not only tasted ,
As it is my passion so I start teaching in many  communities institute where i teach about cooking, presentation and other related to food.
now a days sub-continent foods is going to be popular in western
countries because of spices and inter action of Indian and Pakistani
community in these countries
