Spice beaf boti



Beaf boti=1\2kg
Garlic abd ginger paste= 1Tb
Papya = 1Tb
Red chilli = 1tsp
Black chilli =1tsp
Food color =1 chutiki
Yougart =3Tb
Grame masala=1\2tsp
Salt=as you like
Vinger=1\4cup
White zera(roasted and chop)=1tsp
Chat masala=1Tb
Oil=3Tb
Marinated the beaf with garlic,gingerand papya for half hour.After half hour then mix all ingrediants and leave for 2 hour.After two hour take oil in pan and put marinated meat  with half cup water for cooking.When it become tender and become redish then serve it.

Mutton chanp=1\2kg
Papya=2Tb
Onion=2
Dhaniya powder=1tsp
Yougart=1\2cup
Zera(roasted and chop)=1tsp
Salt=As you like
Gram masala=1\2tsp                                                                        
Red chilli powder=1\2tsp
Ginger and garlic paste=1Tb                                                    
Marinated the chanp with salt and papya and leave for one hour.Then smock with qula.After it all ingrediants mix  in itand leave for one hour.Put in pan with 2Tb water and boiled until it become cookthen fry and smocked again.






Seekh  kabab



  keema(mince) =1\2kg                                                                                                                   Gigerand garlic paste=1tsp                                                                                                                      Red chilli power=1tsp
Gram masala-1\2tsp
Salt=as you like
Zera(roasted and chop)                                                                   
Kabab chini=1\2tsp
Papyery=1\2tsp
Bread=2slice
Rosated basan=2Tb
Kacheri=1\2tsp
Ege=1
Green chilli=8(chop)
Mixx all ingredients in qema and put for 2 hour.
 After shape the kabab and then shallo fry.

Hara dhaniya=1kadi(chop)
Green  chilli=15(chop)
Green onion=5(chop)
Salt=As you like
Almond=15 pices(graind)
Peanut=2Tb(graind)
Chat masala=1tsp
Boiled the chicken with salt, black chilli, garlic and ginger.
 Then chop it and mix all ingredients nicely.
  Make kabab shape and then fry



Bar-b-q Chutney

 
 Amli=1paoo                                                              
Salt=As you like
Red chilli powder=1\2tsp
Black chilli powder=1\4tsp
Zera(roasted and chop)=1\2tsp
Ajwan=1\4tsp
Food color=1\4tsp
Water=1\2cup
Mix all ingredients and the cook 5 min.
Then mix corn flour and cook untill it become like past

Cucumber(khera)=2(in sqare shape)

Mayonnaise=1\2Tb
White chilli=As you like
Suger =1\2tsp
Mix all ingredients and put in frezer and serve it after 1\2 hour
